I had my eyes on Primal Ice since a while and I decided to go for it, during black friday deals. I purchased the pro chiller at first which it worked fine. I then saw the performance chiller and I had to go for that. All the things Sam and Joe told me are true! It's a beast! You can turn it in and off as you wish and its quick to go down to temperature. It'll only cost you a dollar or less per session! Way convenient than the $50 you spend in a shop.
It works great in high temperatures environment, 40 degrees and over, easy to set up and the app it helps wonderfully, so easy to use.
Highly recommended if you think at a Ice bath and chiller!!
I had trouble with the delivery and with Christmas in the middle, didn't help but Sam and Joe didn't leave me alone and always were there to update me and reassure me about the delivery. Top customer service!!! It says a lot when you are support like that and you can't wait to get the delivery.

I absolutely love my new Primal Ice, ice bath. I've tried other "temporary" baths and this is by far and away the best. Although it can be easily and quickly set up, when it is set up it looks and feels like a permanent Ice bath because it's so sturdy. And the chiller is a game changer. It's so much better to be able to control precisely the temperature you want (especially from the convenience of your phone or by setting it to turn itself on while I'm asleep so it's ready to go when I wake up!). When they say its functional. they dont lie. This tub is portable so easy to move around, when inflated its extremely sturdy. The chiller gets the water down to 3c very quickly, whole family has been plunging daily.
