Water not circulating / pumping

Problem:
If your water isn't circulating, or the pump isn't turning on, The issue here is most likely that there is air in the hoses or inside the water chiller. This prevents the water from flowing properly to the pump, to start the water circulation.
The fastest way to fix this is to force water through the system by opening the drain valve with the inlet chiller hose connected and chiller on, whilst removing the outlet hose from the pod and manually sucking the air out/water through. (remember to close the top drain valve before disconnecting the hose)

Other solutions:
1) Solution:
Find the the white teflon sealing tape that the chiller came with.
Make sure all the connections are tight and verify that the rubber seal rings are used around the hose connectors and filter unit.
Once this has been done, reconnect everything and open both drain valves. You can now turn on your water chiller unit and this should result in your filter filling up with water and no air should remain in the system after a few minutes. If this doesn't solve your issue try the following or contact customer support.
2) Solution:
Please start by taking the outlet hose connected to the chiller, out of the Pod (or off the top drain valve), and leave it out on the floor, or in a bucket until the circulation is fixed. Also make sure the chiller is placed on the ground level, so the water level in the Pod is higher than the filter of the chiller.
Never elevate the chiller above ground, the water will not be able to flow into the chiller.Please follow the steps below to fix the circulation:
Turn the chiller on, and make sure the pumps power cord is connected to the chiller. Also make sure the valve on the Pod is in the open position and the hose connected to the filter, is connected to the bottom valve of the Pod. Now open the filter which will release excess air so the water can flow into the chiller. Close the filter once the filter is full of water. Water will now be able to enter the system, and the pump should start running, creating circulation of water. Once water is running out of the outlet hose consistently, place the hose into the Pod again, so water can circulate.
The Water Circulation is now fixed if water is flowing out on the pump side hose, and you can set the temperature on the chiller display.
