My chiller isn't cooling the water

Problem:
If the water is circulating and coming out of the outlet hose attached to the chiller, and you set the temperature but the water still isn't cooling after a few hours or the temperature is a few degrees of. The issue is most likely just the settings on the chiller that might have been mixed up.

Please follow the instructions below step by step to fix this issue.

Solution:
Please set the temperature again following the steps below:
1. Ensure that the chiller is turned on and the water is circulating properly.
2. Press the SET button once (do not hold it down).
3. Adjust the temperature up or down using the arrow buttons.
4. Press the RST button (do not hold it down). The chiller should now start cooling and you can hear the compressor after 3-5 minutes, if not, please do the following:
1. Press and hold the SET button for 3-5 seconds until the chiller shows the "F1" text on the display
2. Click the SET button again (do not hold it down this time)3. A number should appear, set this number to 1 ( if it isn't already.
4. lastly, click the RST button once to save the setting. This setting is to determine how often your chiller starts up again after reaching the desired temperature. In this case if you set the desired temperature at 5°c, and the F1 temperature at 1°c, then your chiller will cool the water to 5°c, then turn off and only start up again when the water temperature rises up to 6°C (5+1°C).

The issue here could have been that you by accident set the F1 temperature to 10 Celcius, in this case the chiller would only start cooling when the water reaches the temperature you set + 10 celcius.
If the issue persists then you might also have to adjust the F2 setting.
The F2 setting is mainly used for repair and should not be adjusted. But in case your chiller shows a different temperature on the display than the actual water is, then it could have been set incorrectly and cause the chiller to turn off earlier than it should. To set this setting follow the instructions below or click on this link to see instructions:1. Press and hold the SET button for 3-5 seconds until the chiller shows the "F1" text on the display2. Click the arrow UP button once, you will now see F2 on the display3. Click the SET button again (do not hold it down this time)4. A number should appear, this number should always be set at 0 (Celcius) if it isn't already.

CA (applies to some models)
Very similar to the above explaination but replacing F1 with D and F2 with CA The D is to set the temperature difference.
If you set D as 2 , and the cool temperature 6C. Means the chiller stop automatically when Temp gets to 8C, and it start to work again when 6+2=8C(CA) is optional, you do not have to use it if the real water temperature is match to the LCD show.

For example: The real water temperature in the tub is 60°F(16°C), but the LCD shows 55°F(13°C). The differenceis 60°F-55°F=5°F/ 16°C-13°C=3°C, Pls Long press" SET" key for 4~6 seconds. after D appears, set "▲"+ button /" " - button to choose CA and then press "SET " key, press " ^"+ button , adjust to 1-2, therpress" RST" key to save.
