Low water flow / slow water circulation

Your filter might have become clogged with dirt, which can result in reduced water entering the IcePod or even stop the water flow completely.

Fortunately, this issue can be easily resolved by cleaning the filter.

Specifically the filter can be cleaned 2-3 times before it needs to be completely replaced. If more than 30 days have passed, a filter change is almost always necessary.

NOTE: Cleaning and changing the filter is crucial as a dirty filter can cause damage to the pump. And if a filter is used for more than 2 months then our warranty no longer covers the water chiller.
